We specialise in wedding receptions, offering a wide range of innovative menus and packages all customised to suit your individual requirements.
We boast two areas that are perfect for your special day.
Our intimate air-conditioned restaurant can comfortably seat 100 guests with room for a DJ or band. Our picturesque deck area overlooking the Clarence River can seat up to 180 guests with room for a DJ or band. The deck area is also a great choice to hold your ceremony.
The below fees include glassware, crockery, cutlery, white linen napkins, white linen tablecloths, set up and cleaning of the room, decorated cake table, complimentary self serve tea & coffee station, cake knife & decorated gift table.

Our current standard menu packages are attached but please remember that we can customise a package to suit your needs. Dietary requirements are also catered for.
Children can also be catered for from $12 per head. Children over the age of 12 are at adult prices.

We can arrange for you to have a wedding meal tasting of your menu selections so you can be sure your meals are exactly what you were after. This is also a great chance for you to meet with our Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.
We have a courtesy bus service that runs for the Yamba area hence we can pick up & return your guests to their accommodation from the Tavern.
This is a complimentary service.
We can help organise for you to arrive by Water to your reception or ceremony or even cruise the Clarence River your wedding photos on the Rockfish Catamaran. Or arrive by road in style in Dux Limo’s
Entertainment is your own responsibility; however we are happy to assist you with different kinds of Entertainment and their contact details.
**We also have a fully integrated MP3 system- so you can bring your own music. You can even play a slide show on our large overhead projector.

**When choosing the right photographers, florists, celebrants, accommodation etc don’t forget to ask us.
This is a complimentary wedding service as we deal with these suppliers on a day to day basis; we can be of great assistance. We can even help organise child care workers to take care of the children attending your wedding.
Unfortunately we do not provide wedding cakes but we have many contacts of local professional wedding cake designers if you would like to contact them.
Reconfirmation of final numbers of guests is requested ten days prior to the wedding date. A guaranteed number of guests must be made ten days prior to the event and will confirm the minimum number to be invoiced.

Please keep in mind all the above information are only suggestions, and we are fully aware that you may have special requirements and we can customise a package to suit your individual needs. We are always happy to accommodate all requests on various budgets. If you have a favourite meal that you would like please don’t hesitate to ask.
Due to the popularity of our venue confirmations of your booking require a $500 holding deposit which holds your date.
We do get heavily booked so if you really want a particular date I would advise to book at your earliest convenience.
